Here are some problems we may be able to help with:

See our Legal Health Check for Seniors, created as part of our “SAFE” (Seniors Against Financial Exploitation”) project, which includes scams and financial abuse.

We give free legal help to seniors who have problems with long-term care and retirement homes, Canada Pension or Old Age Security income, Community Care, consumer issues, or elder abuse. We also help if you need a Will or Power of Attorney done.

We have a lawyer who specializes in seniors’ legal issues.
