Legal services – Requesting legal information or advice

We provide free, confidential legal help to people living on a low income in our geographic service area.  Call us or fill in the form below if you need help with a legal problem. Please note that calls from our office are from a blocked number.

Service providers helping others can also call us or use the online form. If you are a service provider please enter your name and your contact information in the fields, not your client’s information. Client information, should you wish to share it, can go in the notes.

Please be aware that information sent by email/contact form is sent at your own risk and we cannot ensure confidentiality.  If you have not heard back from us in 2 business days, please call us, as it is possible we did not receive it or some other problem is preventing our reply.

Below are the areas of law where we can help. (We do not practice Family or Criminal Law - For family or criminal law advice, please see www.legalaid.on.ca.)

If you do not live in one of the 3 counties listed above, please visit www.legalaid.on.ca/legal-clinics, and enter your postal code to find the clinic nearest you.
