MyBenefits online service
You can use the MyBenefits online service to report changes or get information about your ODSP or Ontario Works case. Find out more at ontario.ca/MyBenefits.
As of March 9, 2020, recipients registered for MyBenefits automatically receive paperless communication. All MyBenefits users have the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of paperless communication and receive paper copies by mail instead. If you want to get paper documents by mail, follow the instructions on our tipsheet.
Complaints about income security programs
Provincial Programs
You can complain to your Member of Provincial Parliament (MPP) about problems with the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Ontario Works (OW) and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB).
You can also complaint to the Ontario Ombudsman about ODSP, OW and WSIB.
Federal Programs
You can complain to your federal Member of Parliament (MP) about problems with the Canada Child Benefit, Employment Insurance, Canada Pension Plan, Guaranteed Income Supplement or Disability Tax Credit:
