Hans Loewig

Hans joined CALC in July 2025. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from McMaster University (2017) and a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen’s University (2018). He earned his Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University in 2025. He is expected to be called to the bar in June 2026.

Before CALC, Hans worked with the East Coast Prison Justice Society, where he advocated for people jailed in Nova Scotia. At CALC, Hans currently focuses on tenant rights and social assistance appeals.
