The Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal is the Tribunal which hears final appeals in workplace safety and insurance claims.

Community Legal Education Ontario (CLEO) has a number of free pamphlets on employment and WSIB issues.

CLEO’s Your Legal Rights website has a page on Workplace Safety.

The Ministry of Labour has pages specifically for young workers.

Injured Workers Online is a website run by the Injured Workers Community Legal Clinic offering information and links and advocates for injured workers.


Migrant Workers and WSIB Benefits is a webinar for migrant workers (temporary foreign workers and non-status people) about their rights.
