Pro Bono Ontario

Pro Bono Ontario provides information for self-represented litigants. They will also provide advice by phone for those living more than 40 kms away from their Toronto or Ottawa walk-in centres.


Ontario Courts, Including Small Claims Court


The Ministry of the Attorney General's Court Services page provides information on court locations, jury duty, court processes, forms and fees, as well as how to obtain a fee waiver.  There is information specifically on small claims court, including Small Claims Court rules, forms and guides.  These guides include titles such as "Guide to Making a Claim" and "Guide to Replying to a Claim."


The Ontario Bar Association also hosts a series of videos on Small Claims Court procedures on their YouTube channel at

Search upcoming court dates at  Online dockets will be posted daily at 4:30 p.m. and are listed alphabetically by courthouse.  Cases listed include matters in criminal, civil, family, bankruptcy, small claims and divisional courts.
