LEARN Law Columns

From 2012-2018 we published a legal information column called LEARN Law. It was provided as a public service by the Legal Education & Advocacy Regional Network (LEARN) and featured topics like family law, rights at work, consumer problems, wills and powers of attorney, and rental housing issues. Column writers included local lawyers who have volunteered their time and the staff of community legal clinics and Legal Aid Ontario.  Each column contains referrals to applicable and credible resources for more information for those interested.

Due to the legal information content, the article cannot be edited or amended without our written consent and it must not be published any later than 6 weeks after it has been submitted. Additionally, it must always be published with the “disclaimer” paragraph.

For more information, or if you wish to use one of our articles, please contact Michele Leering, CALC's Executive Director.
